What We Believe

The vibrant Los Feliz, Silver Lake, and Echo Park are are great. More people should be able to afford to rent and own homes here.

However, building new homes in LA is too difficult and expensive, leading to a large shortage of housing and sky-high prices. This is great news for single family homeowners, whose home values skyrocket as a result of the housing crisis. But it’s terrible for renters, young people, and communities of color.

Let’s fix this. Let’s change the rules to build more homes for people of all income levels.
